Wellbeing Discovery at Leap
Wellbeing is one of those intangible things that we would like to have more of but unsure how we could get it, or even why we want it.
How will we even know when we have it?
Our unique Wellbeing Discovery session is designed with you in mind:
- You know you should exercise more, but it is so hard to carve out time for it!
- You know you should eat better, but you just can’t help yourself after a stressful day!
- You know you should look after yourself, but you always seem to finish last!
- You know you should have more energy every day, but no matter how much you sleep (or how much coffee you drink), you don’t!
- You know you should be able to touch your toes, but you can’t!
To turn all those negatives into a positive, you know you need to make a change, and you may very well have! But you just can’t seem to make it last.
Our Wellbeing Discovery sessions give you the following:
- A clearly defined wellbeing goal for you – uncovering and appreciating what you want, and why you want it
- A holistic plan to achieve your goal – turning intention into action
- A progress tracker to chart your progress towards getting what you want
- A coach by your side who will guide and motivate you every step of the way

Our Wellness Coach
Our Wellbeing Discovery sessions are conducted by our resident wellness coach, Jacinta. Jacinta is a dedicated personal trainer and a respected mindset coach. In her own words:
‘I am a firm believer in living consciously, in cultivating a positive mindset and in always finding time for self development and learning. You are only guaranteed one relationship in life, the one you have with yourself – you may as well make this the most healthy, rewarding and loving relationship it can be (which in turn enables you to build healthier and more loving relationships with others).’
