What do you love about Leap?
The variety of classes – back in the day when I first started I loved Reformer and Barre! I’m not a huge fan of yoga, but only because I’m competitive and get frustrated that I’m not that good at it.
I was scared of Functional Training at first but Shirley noticed I wasn’t doing it and suggested I really should try it. I told myself to just do it and even though I won’t be able to keep up to start with, like all the other classes I’ve done, I’ll just keep at it and get better and better until I’m able to keep up!
I really rely on classes to keep me balanced and mentally well! I thought that this is exactly how I felt back in the day when I was fit.
