Deb joined Leap looking for a community.
Before Leap, she practiced Yoga on her own which she loved. But when motivation and accountability waned she looked for a like-minded community with experienced instructors to keep her motivated and to make sure she’s ‘doing it right’.
Her first ambition was to last through one class. Now 6 months on, Deb is doing a couple of back-to-back classes each week!
At first Debra was a little fearful – ‘I’ve not done this before…I won’t know what to do…I’ll have to catch up or be the klutz of the class…‘
These thoughts and fears evaporated for Deb from her very first class – thanks to the supportive and caring instructors at Leap.
For Deb, exercise results went beyond just the physical. She also saw her confidence rise, and her posture improve!
Another big tick for Deb is getting her husband, Tony, to finally give Reformer Pilates a go.
After just a few short weeks, he’s also noticed improvements in his body. And the kids couldn’t be prouder of their dad!
For Deb, the action of coming to class is self-care, even a treat!
