This means you’re in great hands who knows exactly what she’s doing.  Eliza is going to explain how to do each exercise in a way that's tailored to your body, why you do it this way, what you want to avoid… All these instructions make exercises do-able for you, even a push-up!

You get 2 recorded sessions each week, that you can do ANY time that suits you.  You may even break them up into 10-minute chunks and do them throughout the day, if that works for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need for this program?

This program needs minimal equipment.  But to get the most out of the exercises, particularly as you progress through the weeks, we recommend the following –

  • a mat; nothing special, any exercise mat will do
  • a couple of weights e.g. a set of 2-3kg dumbbell or household item such as can of food, bottles of water, or even bags of frozen vegetables
  • a TheraBand or resistance band

On the technology side of things, to make the LIVE STREAM sessions work, we recommend having the following –

Where do I go for the weekly classes and LIVE STREAM sessions?

This program is delivered online.  The 2 weekly online classes will be emailed to you, one at the start of the week, and the other in the middle of the week.  You may do these classes any time that suits you during the week.

The weekly LIVE STREAM online training session is delivered via one of the online meeting platforms such as Zoom.  We’ll send you the link 30 minutes before the start of each session, so all you need to do is click on the link and you’re on!

What time is the weekly LIVE STREAM online training session?

The weekly LIVE STREAM online training session goes from 11am – 12pm every Saturday during the 6-week program.

It’ll be recorded so if you missed a session, you can access the recording at a different time.  If you have a pressing question to ask your instructor, you can chat to us on our Facebook group or email us on admin@leaphealthandwellbeing.com.au.

have injuries.  Is this program suitable for me?

Your instructor is an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has worked with many clients with various injuries, pains and aches in their bodies.  Eliza can modify most exercises to make it work for your body, without aggravating any existing injuries.

As always, please ask your doctor for a medical clearance before starting any exercise program.

We ask everyone to complete a health check form before commencing the program, for client health and safety.

I'm over 60.  Can I join this program?

Absolutely!  Exercise is essential for those over 60, it helps to prevent many conditions like osteoporosis, muscle loss, metabolic conditions like diabetes, and best of all, exercise helps to keep you mobile and independent.

What happens if I can’t finish the program?

If you choose to discontinue the program, we can’t issue refunds.  However, we'd be happy to reserve you a spot in an upcoming intake so you can finish the program.
