Functional Training Master Class
Functional Training Master Class is led by our highly experienced Exercise Physiologist, and is suitable for people of all fitness levels, particularly beginners. We focus on correct muscle recruitment and posture, to ensure the exercises are done safely, and correctly to optimise results. You will feel breathless, you will sweat, you may even feel a little sore the next day, but you will keep on coming back because you’ll love how invincible you feel after each Functional Training class!
The regular Functional Training classes are more physically challenging – the pace is faster, the intensity is higher, and there are less breaks. We will push your fitness and endurance boundaries without compromising on form or muscle recruitment. So bring your towel and water bottle, we’ll see you in Functional Training!
Our classes are programmed by instructors with backgrounds in Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, and Pilates. In our Functional Training classes, our instructors place paramount focus on correct muscle recruitment and alignment. Through their coaching, you will develop impeccable form and body awareness.
