The Leap story
Leap Health and Wellbeing is the first holistic studio in Chatswood that combines low-impact and mindful training such as Pilates, Yoga and Barre with functional strength and cardio training! Our purpose is to create a unique wellbeing experience of self-discovery and self-transformation through fitness. We believe in taking the holistic approach when it comes to wellbeing, placing equal importance on mind, body and life.
The Leap studio is not just another gym. Our beautiful and inviting studio feels like a second home, where you’re free to focus on yourself and your body. We want to see you transform into a better version of yourself after each visit.

Your body needs a variety of different exercises to be in its best shape.
- Pilates gives you strength training and a strong core, with a strong core you get stability when moving, so you are less susceptible to injury
- Functional Training and Barre to get your cardiovascular exercises for a healthy heart, and a healthy weight
- Yoga gives you flexibility and that prized mind-body connection, so after a class you feel calmer and more present.
In all our classes, we focus on helping you develop body awareness and move mindfully. Our classes are over 50% smaller than group classes in most fitness centres, so you get more room to move, and more attention from our expert instructors e.g. maximum 14 people in our Yoga classes.
